Q.How can I earn miles?
A:Get 4 Miles for every ₹100 spent. Once you reach 400 Miles, you become an IntrCity Club Member and start earning 6 Miles for every ₹100 spent directly through the IntrCity App or Website.
Q.How can I become an IntrCity Club Member?
A:You become a Club Member once you reach 400 Miles. Your membership remains valid for one year from the date you qualify.
Q.How can I use or redeem my Miles?
A:You can redeem your Miles once you have accumulated 400 Miles. Miles can be used for bookings made at least 24 hours before departure.
You can redeem up to ₹400 or 50% of the ticket’s base fare (whichever is lower) per
booking, and up to two redemptions per month.
Q.Which booking platforms and buses allow Mile usage?
A:You can earn Miles by booking directly through the IntrCity App, Website, Help Desk(call center), Bus Crew, or Lounges. Miles can be used for booking on any route or bus operated by IntrCity.
Q.What is the validity of my miles?
A:If not used, each earned Mile expires one year from the date of issue.
Q.Are my miles refundable if I cancel my ticket?
A:Refunds on cancellation are subject to the cancellation time and policy. If you paid using Miles and are eligible for a refund, the eligible amount will be credited
back to your account.
Q.How can I retain or renew my IntrCity Club Membership?
A:Once you reach 400 Miles, you get one year of IntrCity Club Membership.
Your membership automatically renews when you earn 400 Miles within a year.
Q.How can I upgrade my seat as a Club Member?
A:As an IntrCity Club Member, you are eligible for four free seat upgrades per year. Seat upgrades can be availed through the bus crew at the time of departure and are subject to availability.
Q.Can I transfer my Club Membership or Miles to another mobile number?
A:No, your Club Membership and Club Miles cannot be transferred to another mobile number.
Q.Do I earn Miles on a rescheduled journey?
A:No, Club Miles are neither issued nor redeemable for rescheduled bookings.
